Maintain Users

ConvallisCMS has the ability to create users from the administration page. The following tutorial will explain how to set up users and what can be done with users.

Creating Users

  1. From the administration screen, select CRM > Find a Contact from the menu.

  2. Select a contact.
  3. In the Contact Details box, click User Details.

  4. Fill in the details of the user.

  5. Click Reset Password, if required.
  6. Click Save.

Editing Users

You can edit existing users in two ways, one is the way that is explained above, the other is explained in the next section.

  1. From the administration screen, select Administration > Users > Users from the menu.

  2. Select a user from the list.

  3. Click Edit.
  4. Change any details in the box. This is the same as the 'Maintain User Details' box as shown above.
  5. Click Save.
