Maintain Task Types

ConvallisCRM allows you to assign tasks to contacts. You can decide what types of tasks, for example phone call or email that you wish to set up for your particular business. This guide will show you how to do this.

  1. From the menu, select Administration > Maintain Contact Lists.
  2. Click the Task Types tab.
  3. At the bottom of this list, there is a insert box.
  4. Type in a name for the Task Type.
  5. Click Insert.
