ConvallisCMS can utilize features from ConvallisCRM to make it easy to let people know what is going on within your business.

  1. From the administration screen, select CRM > View Calendar from the menu.
  2. Select the Public User*.
  3. Click Add new appointment.Create new event
  4. Give it a subject.
  5. State the location.
  6. Give the event a description (Optional - Basically Notes).
  7. Select a start date/time and end date/time**.Event Screen
  8. Click Save.

*If you have not yet created a Public User, follow this tutorial. Selecting any other user calendar will create an appointment for them rather than an event.
**Ticking the All Day Event box will override the time you selected but will keep the date.
