Sending An Email

 The tutorial below will explain how to send emails to mailing lists. Don't forget to make sure that your recipient has opted in to receive your marketing emails.

Sending Emails

  1. From the administration menu, select CRM > Send An Email.Administration Menu
  2. Select a mailing list you wish to send the email to.
  3. Input any other contacts you wish to send the email to.
  4. Type in a subject of the message.
  5. Tick the Select Template box and choose a template (if required).
  6. Write your email*.
  7. If you would like to record a touch for each recipient that receives the email. Tick Add Touch box and write details of the touch in the box.
  8. When you are ready, Click Save.

* If your email template has any merge fields in it, leave the merge fields as they are, the system will change the details as required.
